       INTRODUCTION

My definition of learning involves developing, learning new things, and making connections between concepts and the actual world. Understanding and bettering oneself is more important than simply learning knowledge. This statement reflects my identity as a learner, my motivations for learning, and my approach to the learning process. By examining my values, interests, and goals, I intend to keep improving as a learner.

View of Learning

I think that when people can relate current information to their personal experiences, they learn it better. When learning is interesting and seems relevant, it works best. I believe that learning should involve more than just reading or listening. I believe it's essential to actively participate in the learning process, whether it be through practice, conversation, or reflective thinking, rather than only reading or listening.

My personal experiences have influenced my views on education. For instance, I've discovered that actively interacting with information—such as by writing it down, asking questions, or trying things out—helps me remember it better. I now see shortcomings as chances to improve, and I've learned to accept mistakes as a necessary part of learning.

Learning Background/Preferences

When something draws my interest or relates to my objectives, I'm inspired to study more. I like learning about things that capture my interest or advance my career or personal life. A friendly, engaging setting where I can ask questions and work with others is what I want in a learning environment.

I think of myself as a visual learner, therefore charts, graphs, and pictures are helpful to me. To help me organise my ideas, I also enjoy writing and taking notes. Though I occasionally struggle with pondering or taking too long to complete projects, organisation and goal-setting are two of my strong points. To deal with this, I've learnt to seek out remarks and remind myself that progress is more significant than perfection.

Learning that is interactive or involves conversation is what I find most enjoyable. When instructors and classmates share their knowledge, I find it beneficial because it opens my eyes to innovative ideas. Interacting with others enhances the learning experience and helps me understand the material better.

Learning Strategies/Goals

My belief that learning is a dynamic process influences my approach to learning. I like setting small, specific goals for myself and coming up with a strategy to reach them. For instance, to keep a big task on schedule, I may divide it up into segments or assign due dates. To keep up, I also use tools like checklists and calendars.

Another key component of my learning approach is reflection. To change my strategy, I make an effort to consider what is and is not working. This has made me more adaptable and open to trying out new learning strategies, such as working with others or using resources on the Internet.

Conclusion

As a student, my objectives are to sharpen my critical thinking abilities, maintain an open mind to new concepts, and keep developing both personally and professionally. I don't only focus on grades or results; I also consider how much I've learned or developed over time to evaluate my development. I want to keep getting better by pushing myself to try new things and maintaining my level of interest in the world.
